Ordering:
Orders can be paid for via paypal or UK pounds cheque. If orders are not paid for at the checkout stage, the ordered item(s) will be held for 14 days. If the order has not been paid for in this time, the order will be cancelled and the items re-listed for sale.
In the unlikely event that any ordered items are unavailable, a refund will be given of the cost of the unavailable item(s) and the relevant propotrtion of the postage charge. Refunds are issued using the same method as the payment method for the original order.
Delivery:
Please allow 14 days for your order to arrive from the date payment was submitted for the order. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please let us know, quoting your order number which can be found at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
All orders are packed using heavy duty specialist packaging.
Returns:
Under most circumstances, items which are obviously below the standard of condition stated in the item listing will be refunded upon return (reasonable return postage costs will be refunded).
Items lost or damaged in transit will be refunded upon the return of any damaged items, or after 14 days (for UK deliveries) and 28 days (for overseas deliveries) for non-delivered items. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Vinylsource.
